Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ABC Catering Academy's website, courses, community, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Course & Community Access

  • “Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the course platform. If we cease operations, we will provide course materials in downloadable format with 90 days' notice.
  • Founding Member: 90 days of community access from enrollment date.
  • After the included period: community access may be available for a monthly fee. Course access remains lifetime regardless of community status.
  • You may not share login credentials or resell course access.

Payments & Refunds

  • Founding Member tuition is $997 (one-time). Future public pricing will be $4,997.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid programs. Request via keith@optimizinggroup.com.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. After 30 days, no refunds, but course access remains lifetime.
  • Community membership can be cancelled anytime; no prorated refunds for partial months.

Intellectual Property

  • All course videos, worksheets, and materials are owned by ABC Catering Academy. You may not resell or redistribute them.
  • You may use worksheets and templates for your own catering business.
  • You retain ownership of content you post in the community; we may use anonymized testimonials with your permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABC Catering Academy and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
