30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• Founding Member ($997): full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Community Membership: full refund within 30 days of first payment

How to Request a Refund

Email keith@optimizinggroup.com with your name and the email used for purchase. Processing takes 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

After Refund

• Course and community access are revoked
• Email sequences stop
• You keep any downloaded materials (worksheets, PDFs)

After 30 Days

No refunds after 30 days, but you keep lifetime course access and can cancel community membership anytime. No partial refunds for unused community time.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds for fraudulent purchases, account/credential sharing, or refund farming across multiple emails.
